How do customers usually order from you?
You can order two ways:
Through the website: Browse categories, choose your item, customize it with names, photos, colours or fonts, then checkout securely.
By email: Send us your item choice, customization details and quantity. We’ll reply with confirmation and an invoice.
What do I need to know about delivery?
For deliveries, we send items via courier and will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor your parcel's journey. All delivery and courier services incur an additional fee.
